This page explains how to request deletion of your Vytal AI account and the personal data associated with it. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
If you can still sign in to Vytal AI as a client: open Settings, choose Delete Account, and confirm. This permanently deletes your account and associated data.
If you have uninstalled the app, cannot sign in, or have a trainer account: email support@vytalai.io from the email address on your account. Use a subject such as "Account deletion request" and include your account email. We will verify ownership and process the request. Trainer accounts are removed on request via this support path.
When your Vytal AI account is deleted, we remove your account identity and profile; workouts and training data; nutrition and food logs; progress entries and photos; messages; habits; forms and responses; AI coach data; notification device tokens; and related files stored for your account.
We may retain limited records required by law (for example tax or accounting obligations) and anonymized or aggregated analytics that no longer identify you. Payment processors may keep transaction records under their own legal obligations.
Deleting your Vytal AI account cancels an active client subscription at the end of the current billing period so you are not charged again. You may also cancel earlier from Billing in the app or dashboard if you prefer.
We generally complete account and associated data deletion within 30 days after your request is confirmed.
